CLUSTER - 1
Kala Amb Manufacturing Facility
Since its inception in 2006, the Kala Amb Manufacturing Facility has been a cornerstone of Ozone’s operations. Expanded in 2014 to include Safes and Metal Doors, this facility now comprises four units producing a wide range of products such as Safes, Commercial Door Handles, Patch Fittings, Spider Fittings, Balusters, and Routels. Ozone ensures that all products are manufactured with the highest level of quality and reliability.
CLUSTER - 2
Ghiloth Manufacturing Facility
Operational since June 2023, the Ghiloth Manufacturing Facility currently produces Telescopic Slides and is preparing to expand into Kitchen and Aluminium Profiles. This facility stands as a testament to Ozone’s commitment to the ‘Make in India’ initiative and houses an advanced testing center accredited by NABL, ensuring that all products meet international standards such as BIFMA Standard Level 2. Sustainability is at the heart of the Ghiloth facility, earning a 4-star green building certification from ASSOCHAM and achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) status for wastewater management, ensuring no water or pollutants are discharged.
